  • HOW DO I STORE THE TREATS

    Please follow these instructions perfectly to prevent spoilage of treats. Since our treats are preservative free failure to follow instructions can lead to spoilage. The Pawtisserie is not entitled to giving refunds if the cause for spoilage is mishandling on consumers part.

    1)On receiving the package DO NOT LEAVE IT IN THE SUN

    2)Once the bag in which the treats are has been opened TRANSFER TO A DRY AIRTIGHT CONTAINER(any drops of moisture will lead to spoilage)

    3)Keep the container outside at room temperature AWAY FROM THE SUN

    4)When touching the treats make sure your HANDS ARE DRY

  • WHY DO YOU NOT DELIVER CAKES OUTSIDE CHANDIGARH?

    At the moment it is impossible to offer delivery of our cakes outside the tricity area. We do offer pickup for all products and shipping pan India for all our treats

  • CAN YOU SHIP YOUR TREATS?

    We sure can! We only ship pan India Our processing time is 5-7 days after an order is placed. Review our refund policy below for shipped biscuits.

    Please try to place special event orders at least two weeks in advance at the latest to ensure prompt arrival of your biscuits. Our treats have no preservatives and therefore need to be stored correctly as per our instructions or will do best frozen after arrival.

  • WHAT MAKES YOUR TREATS DOG SAFE?

    We do not use harmful or toxic ingredients for pets. All our ingredients were highly researched and approved . White flour, high sugar, and high fat tend to be risk factors when feeding pets human food which is something we avoid. Our bakery treats have no added sugar, only the sugar from the fruit we use, no artificial flavours or ingredients. We use coconut oil, and oat flour.

  • MY DOG HAS ALLERGIES. WHAT DO I DO?

    We are completely able to substitute, remove, or add additional ingredients to accommodate allergies. After placing the order, email us at: thepawtisseriechd@gmail.com with your order number and allergy concerns. If you want to discuss before placing an order, drop us an email or Instagram DM!

  • HOW LONG DO YOUR CAKE & DONUTS LAST?

    Our cakes and donuts last up to 4 days in the refrigerator. They should not sit at room temperature except to consume. With the fresh ingredients they are made with, they are at risk for bacteria if left unrefrigerated. You can freeze for one month, we recommend cutting pieces, wrapping in plastic wrap, and sealing in a freezer bag for optimum freshness.

  • HOW LONG DO YOUR TREATS LAST?

    Our biscuits are good up to 15 days from pick up/delivery date WHEN STORED ACCORDING TO OUT DIRECTIONS . Can’t finish them so soon? We recommend freezing our biscuits! They freeze great and defrost perfectly. In the freezer, they can last months.
