What locations do you ship to?

 

We are currently only offering shipping to all regions that lie in the Indian subcontinent on select products( click here to purchase). We package & ship orders to every state in India

 

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. Handling and processing typically take 2-7 days, but please note that different products may have varying shipping times. By purchasing our products you agree to this timeline.

The typical delivery time frame is 2-5 business days, although you might receive items sooner or later depending on your location. Please allow extra time during busy seasons as postal delays are beyond our control. The Pawtisserie is not responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier service once it has left our facility. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further delays.

What if I provided the wrong address or contact information? 
If incorrect address or contact information is provided by the customer, and the package is already out for delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs associated with rerouting or redelivery. Please note, no refunds will be issued in this case.

To avoid delays, we recommend double-checking your details before finalizing the order. If an address error is noticed before shipment, please contact us immediately to correct it. Once the package is in transit, however, any changes may not be possible.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

 

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

 

Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we will try to find a viable solution however this may not be possible for all orders. The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

 

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

 

All prices on our webpage are displayed in Indian Rupee with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Extended Delays

 

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
