Damages and issues
Refunds are not granted for shipped treats if they arrive broken. We do our absolute best to package the biscuits for shipping. However because our cookies are made with a bit of a chew and not rock hard, breakage is possible and can happen. By ordering shipping you are agreeing to these policies.

Non-returnable items
Bakery goods are not available for return as they are food items. In the case that an order does not meet expectations reach out via email: thepawtisseriechd@gmail.com to fix the problem.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
